摘要
目的:观察胰岛素联合文迪雅治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:将72例使用皮下注射胰岛素控制血糖欠佳的2型糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,A组单纯应用胰岛素,B组在此基础上加服文迪雅,观察治疗前后空腹血糖,餐后2h血糖,糖化血红蛋白,血浆胰岛素水平,外源性胰岛素用量的变化等。结果:B组空腹血糖,餐后2h血糖,糖化血红蛋白,血浆胰岛素水平,外源性胰岛素用量均有明显下降。结论:胰岛素与文迪雅合用能降低血糖和改善胰岛素抵抗。
Objective：In order to observe the effect of avandia combined with insulin to treat patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods：Seventy two patients whose blood sugar was not controlled well by hypodermic were randomized devided into two groups, Group A was administered insulin alone,Group B was administered insulin and avandia. Fast plasma glucose（FPG）,blood sugar 2 hours following meals,HbAlc,plasm insulin and exogenetic insulin doses,etc, Results：FPG, blood sugar 2 hours following meals,HbAlc,plasm insulin level and exogenetic insulin dose were all decreased. Conclusion：Using avandia combined with insulin to treat patients with T2DM can lower blood sugar level of patients and improve insulin resistance.
