摘要
目的 :总结腹部手术后急性结直肠瘘的治疗经验。方法 :回顾分析 1 1例急性结直肠瘘的治疗经过。结果 :7例病人非手术治愈 ,2例病人确定性手术治愈 ,2例病人自动出院后死亡。结论 :治疗前的放射学评估至关重要。治疗肠外瘘的方法包括通畅引流 ,肠内营养支持 。
Objective:To summarize the experience of the treatment of acute colorectal fistula occurred after abdominal operation.Methods:We reviewed the data and the procedure of 11 patients with acute colorectal fistula.Results:7 patients were cured by nonoperative therapy.2 patients were cured by definite operation.2 patients died after auto discharge.Conclusion:Radiological evaluation is essential before therapy.The key measures of curing external intestinal fistula include keeping thorough drainage,suitable enteral nutrition supporting,performing colostomy and definite operation in some cases.
