摘要
自从 1999年我国高等教育扩大招生以来 ,高教收费开始提高。如何多渠道筹措教育资金 ,减轻学生家庭负担 ,已成为全社会共同关注的热点问题。为此 ,要完善高等教育收费制度 ,建立科学的教育成本核算制度、收费决策听证制度和收费公示制度等 ,以此不断推进高教收费制度改革。
Since China started to enlarge the scale of recruiting students in 1999, the charging of higher education has been rising. How to raise money from various channels and lighten the students' economic burden have become hot issues all over the country. Therefore, we should improve the higher educational charging system and establish a scientific educational cost accounting system, charging decision-making & hearing system and open charging system in order to promote higher educational charging-system reform.
