摘要
综述了近年来DNA分子标记在水稻分子遗传图谱的构建、遗传资源保存和遗传多样性分析、基因的标记及克隆、比较基因组学研究、分子标记辅助育种等方面研究的应用及存在的问题,展望了其应用前景.
The recent progress of the application of DNA molecular markers in various aspects of rice genetics were reviewed,including genetic mapping,comparative genomics,genertic tagging and cloning,species diversity,examination of genetic relatedness,marker assisted selection.It also discussed many questions to be solved and prospects for future.
