摘要
瞄准市场需求培养应用型的复合新闻人才,是当今新闻教育改革亟需探讨的重要课题。高校与媒介合作办学,既可以做到理论与实践相结合,把专业知识的灌输变为专业能力的培养,又可以充分利用各项资源探索新闻专业实践教学与媒体共同发展的新模式。同时,媒体可以为高校学生提供"第二课堂"平台,为学生提供采写、编辑、经营等环节的实战锻炼。并以横向项目合作的形式,把教师带入媒体进行合作,也可以选派青年教师轮流到媒体中任职。
Fostering the versatile and practical journalistic talents catering to the market demand is a significant issue in the journalistic education reform.The joint-educational project by college and mass media can benefit not only the combination of theory with practice—turning the imbuing with professional knowledge into the training of professional skills,but also the creation of a new model of combining journalistic teaching practice with media development by taking advantages of all the resources.In the process,the mass media can provide "the Second Classroom" platform for the students practicing covering,editing and managing news reports.Moreover,they can involve the faculty into their daily work or provide a turn-taking based temporary positions for the young faculty on a horizontal cooperative project.
