摘要
随着国际政治中外交主体多元化与外交对象社会化倾向的形成和全球气候治理模式从以国家为中心向多元中心的转变,如何提升气候变化领域的公共外交也成为各国政府不可回避的重要问题。中国在气候变化问题上的公共外交维度日益明显,非政府组织在中国目前的气候公共外中发挥着不可忽视的作用,在中国气候公共外交未来的发展中面临的机遇与挑战并存。
Currently, diplomatic subjects in international politics are becoming diversified, the diplomatic objects are more social, and the state-centered global governance of climate change is becoming multi-centered. Given these tendencies, how to improve public diplomacy on climate change has become a key issue for various countries. China's public diplomacy is playing an increasingly important role in climate change affairs; the role of NGOs in public diplomacy concerning climate change cannot be ignored; they face both opportunities and challenges in the future development of China's public diplomacy on climate change.
