摘要
旁观式与浸入式是师范生专业技能教学的两大经典范式,基于仿真课堂实践的教师技能教学范式介乎其间,兼容了二者的优点。仿真课堂实践是借助三大模拟,即情境模拟、角色模拟与教学模拟来复制中小学课堂全景、全程,以此培养师范生应变性教学技能的一种新思路。实践育师、全身卷入、情境体验、智慧催生是仿真课堂实践内蕴的科学理念。基于仿真课堂实践的教师专业技能教学在操作上应该采取"四环教学模式"。
Observation and immersing mode are two classical types of professional skill teaching for normal students, between which is the new method based on classroom imitation.This mode combines the advantages of the above two modes.It reproduces the whole view and process by means of three reproductions that are situation reproduction,role reproduction and instructional reproduction,which constitutes a new way to cultivate normal student's adaptive teaching skills. The four scientific implications embeded in classroom imitation practice are teacher fostering by practice, involvement in classroom entirely, learning from situational experience and stirring up wisdom. The skill teaching mode based on classroom imitation should adopt the four-link teaching pattern.
