摘要
福柯认为,从19世纪开始,西方资本主义社会以科学话语为构形本质的真理话语建构了正常与不正常生存的界线。这是一种可以杀人的真理刀。这个新型权力就是我们今天称之为"管理学"的东西,福柯把它叫做"治理的艺术",治理就是新型的积极权力。以知识为装置的规训开始在全社会布展开来。权力的规训技术,在最微细的层面上开始控制人的肉体和灵魂。
In Foucault's opinion, since the 19 th century, Western capitalist society has constructed a boundary between normal and abnormal existence by means of a truth discourse with scientific discourse as the configuration. The new-style power is what we call nowadays “science of management”, which Foucault defined as “the art of management.”Management is a new-style positive power. Discipline with knowledge as a device is developing all over the society. The disciplines of power are to control human body and soul at the subtlest level.
