摘要
人与自然的关系是人类整体与其外部环境的关系,人与人的关系是人类整体内部各部分之间的关系。前者规定人类在自然界中的位置及对待自然的态度,这种关系是否合理决定着人类的存在命运。后者规定具体的人在人类整体中的位置以及对他人、对全人类的态度,这种关系是否合理决定着人类内部秩序是否正当有序。一系列环境问题的实质就是没有处理好这两种关系的结果,环境破坏既是人类对自然权利的损害和对自然义务的忽视,又是一部分人对另一部分人权利的损害和义务的忽视;保护环境要求享受环境权利与承担环保义务相统一。
The relationship between man and nature is a relationship between human race and their surroundings,while the interpersonal relationship is one among human individuals.As the former presents the position that human race holds in nature and their attitudes toward nature,it decides the survival of human beings.As for the latter,it tells the place an individual takes in society and his attitude towards others,and therefore determines the order of human society.The root cause of environmental problems can be found in the mishandling of the two relationships.Environmental destruction is partly caused by the damages human race done to nature and their ignorance of obligations to nature;it is also because some people ignore their obligations and infringe on the rights of others.Therefore environmental protection means the rights to enjoy clean environment as well as the obligations to protect it.
