摘要
高水材料作为地下采空区充填材料,其含水率变化对结石体变形破坏特性影响显著。通过X衍射、电子电镜扫描(SEM)分析材料风化和密闭下的内部物质结构,并运用MTS测试不同含水率的结石体受压变形破坏特征。试验结果表明,高水材料结石体抗风化性能较差,适合在潮湿封闭的矿井下使用,钙矾石分子结构越紧密,内部空隙越少,含水率越低,变形量越小;材料受压呈现出塑性破坏特征,纵向变形大,横向变形因挤压出水而收缩;结石体含水率增加时,其弹性模量和变形模量均降低,含水率增加6%,弹性模量约降低了50%,泊松比随含水率变化保持不变。
High-water-content material stone serves as one of the filling materials in the underground goaf,its moisture content has a distinct impact on the deformation and failure character of the stone.The internal material structure was analyzed by XRAD and SEM.The MTS was used to test the compression deformation failure character with different moisture content.The results showed that the stone has a poor weather resistance,which makes it fit to be used for damp closed mine.The tighter the structure of ettringite molecular is,the lower moisture content is and the less internal space and deformation are.The material presentes plastic failure characteristics,whose longitudinal deformation is big and transverse deformation shrinks due to water of compaction.When the moisture content increases by 6 percent,the elastic modulus reduces about 50 percent.Poisson's ratio remains unchanged with the moisture content change.
