摘要
本文以冰箱压缩机配管为研究对象,首先进行模态分析和谐响应分析,找出配管组件振动的原因,然后对配管组件进行辐射噪声场分析,再根据结果对配管进行结构优化。分析结果表明,优化方案比原模型噪声降低17.6%,配管长度减少4.5%。
In this article,we take the refrigerator compressor pipeline as our study object.First of all, we carry on modal analysis and harmonic response analysis to identify the cause of the pipeline component vibration,then take acoustics analysis,at last optimize pipeline structure according to the result.The result shows that the optimized structure noise was reduced by 17.6%compared to the original model and the pipeline length was reduced by 4.5%.
