基于模态仿真的冰箱配管系统噪声优化

摘要 某款冰箱运行时噪声大且有明显"嗡嗡声",对冰箱噪声与振动进行测试与频谱分析,初步判断"嗡嗡声"为排气管存在50 Hz频率附件模态产生共振引起。再利用实验模态与模态仿真结合对排气管产生共振的机理进行深入分析,发现排气管中间部位存在50.5 Hz前后移动的模态。通过对排气管中间模态振型部位增加软件约束进行限制,整机噪声减小2.6 dB(A),单频噪声减少约20 dB(A),冰箱运行"嗡嗡声"几乎消失。 There is an obvious"weng weng"noise when a refrigerator is running.After refrigerator noise and vibration spectrum was analyzed,it preliminarily judged that this abnormal noise was caused by resonance of discharge pipe which had a natural frequency around 50 Hz.The mechanism of discharge pipe resonance is analyzed in depth by using experimental modal analysis and modal simulation analysis,it was found that the middle part of discharge pipe had 50.8 Hz natural frequency mode.By adding software constraints to obvious modal part of discharge pipe,50.8 Hz mode shape was limited.The refrigerator total noise reduced 2.6 dB(A)and single frequency noise about 20 dB(A).This"weng weng"abnormal noise almost disappeared when refrigerator was running.
