摘要
在我国古代文学中,唐诗、宋词是其精华,其独特的音韵结构,多样的形式,精炼的文字都令人回味无穷。古诗词的英译,在忠实于原文的基础上,译者往往要充分发挥其主体性、创造性、运用一切必要的手段去充分展现原文中的意义、逻辑、韵律、意象以及美感。本文以许渊冲先生唐诗、宋词英译本为例,从音美、形美、意美三方面讨论译者的主体性对其译文的影响。
Chinese classical poetry is the essence of ancient Chinese literature. Their special rhymed structures,diversified forms and as well as the explicit language fascinate people a lot. In Chinese-English translation of Chinese classical poetry,especially Tang Poetry and Song Ci,the translator must fully show his / her subjectivity and creativity by employing every approaches and means to represent the beauty,meaning,and logic of the original based on the source text. This paper is trying to discuss how the translation is influenced by the translator's subjectivity from three aspects: the beauty in sense,the beauty in sound and the beauty in form as well,based on a systematic analysis of Professor Xu Yuanzhong's translation of Tang Poetry and Song Ci.
