摘要
高校共青团作为共青团的重要方面军和学校教育的重要力量,肩负着培养社会主义现代化事业建设者和接班人的伟大使命,这就决定了高校共青团要以青年学生为主体开展工作。高校共青团面对的青年是不同的个体,他们生活在不同的环境,不同的专业背景和人生经历决定了其不同的认知能力和思想深度。本文结合理工院系的特点,针对理工院系共青团面临的特殊问题,有针对性地提出解决方案,因材施教地激发青年学生的潜力,高效应对不同青年团体。
The Communist Youth League in institution of higher education shoulders the great mission of cultivating the builders and successors of the socialist modernization,as the important front army of Youth League and major force of school education. Thus,it should carry out the young learner-centered work. At the same time,we should see that, what the Communist Youth League facing are different individuals who live in different environments. Different professional backgrounds and life experiences determine their cognitive ability and depth of thought. This paper combines the characteristics of polytechnic colleges and aims at the special problems faced by Youth League in them. In that case, targeted solutions can be carried out,and potential of young students will be excited case by case,and then gives effective response toward different youth groups.
