摘要
依据Brown的理论,并基于SIFT算法提出了一种有效的图像匹配方法。首先对图像进行高斯和Wallis滤波处理,然后采用简化SIFT算法进行特征点提取,最后通过特征点双向匹配方法实现图像的精确匹配。通过对缺陷版图图像的试验验证了该方法具有匹配点数量多、准确率高、无重复点等优点。将该方法应用于优化线网的自动检测方面得到较好的效果,并为版图的优化打下了基础。
Based on the Brown's theory,an effective method for the image matching was presented.Firstly Gauss filter and Wallis filter for pre-processing were used,then feature points were extracted by a simplified SIFT algorithm,finally the exact matching of the images was achieved with a bidirectional matching algorithm.The experimental results on layout with defect show that the method is of great advantage of achieving more matching points,being more accurate and leaving behind no duplicate point.Finally,the method is used in automatical detection of net and the result is good,and for the layout optimization of foundation.
