摘要
教育公平是社会公平的基础,我国教育公平的核心是教育资源的配置问题。当前我国高等教育资源分配不均突出表现在地区差异、城乡差异、校际差异和阶层差异等方面。本文在教育公平理念指引下,在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上,对高等教育资源配置失衡带来的问题及原因进行系统研究,并寻求合理化的解决方案,以期为国家制订科学的高等教育资源分配政策、促进高等教育均衡发展提供参考。
Educational equity is the foundation of social justice.The core of China’s educational equity is the allocation of education resources.The recent unequal distribution of resources of higher education mainly results in regional differences,urban-rural differences,inter-school differences and social-class differences.This paper,based on the concept of educational equity and previous relevant research,studies the results and causes of allocation imbalance of higher education resources and proposes regulative strategies.It aims to provide scientific suggestions for policy making and promote the statuesque development of higher education.
