摘要
针对水平定向钻轨迹偏差校正问题,提出轨迹自动纠偏的算法。构建控制系统,提出可行的轨迹监测方法,获取必要的输入信息。将纠偏模型简化为点到点模型,采用曲线?直线?曲线的方式进行纠偏。对模型进行深入分析,获得求解方法,依次求解出几何信息、关键点坐标、任意点坐标。算法在软件上进行了仿真实现与验证。研究结果表明:提出的纠偏算法实用性强,对其他领域有类似需求的轨迹纠偏系统有一定的借鉴作用。
To solve the problems of horizontal directional drilling trajectory deviation correction,an automatic correction algorithm was put forward.After constructing the control system and feasible trajectory monitoring method,necessary input information was got.Rectification model was simplified to point to point model,using the method of curve?straight?curve.Through deeply analyzing the model,a solution was put forward,which solves the geometric information,key point coordinates and arbitrary point coordinates.The algorithm was simulated in software and verified.The results show that the proposed algorithm is practical and can be referred in other systems having the similar requirements.
