摘要
介绍《棉花学报》近几年是如何从靠吃“皇粮”走向自主办刊 ,进一步走向发展的情况与经验。认为 :开源节流 ,提高办刊经济实力 ,是科技期刊生存的基础 ;加强管理 ,提高刊物的质量和效益 ,是期刊求得发展的关键。
This paper introduces the development course of Cotton Science from mere financial support from government to self-support under the market economy in recent years. And such a transition indicates that increasing income and reducing expenditure to improve the economic strength of the journal is the basis of survival, and that putting more emphasis on the management to enhance the quality and benefit is key of develoment of the journal.=
