摘要
通过对南京市无障碍设施建设的调查发现,目前的无障碍设施建设维护情况不容乐观,无法满足残疾人出行的需要,另一方面,残疾人也很少利用无障碍设施出行。这两方面的原因又相互影响,更加恶化了无障碍设施的建设使用情况。反思我国的无障碍设施建设,应该在法律层面、制度层面加强对无障碍设施的建设和维护的同时,鼓励、帮助残疾人利用无障碍设施走出家门,走向社会,提高无障碍设施的使用效率,达到无障碍设施建设的良性发展。
A survey on non-barrier facility construction for the disabled in nanjing finds out that non-barrier facility construction and maintenance can not meet the need of outgoing of the disabled and they seldom go out through non-barrier facilities. Non-barrier facility construction and maintenance should be strengthened in terms of legislation and system to encourage them to go out and integrate into the mainstream of society by using non-barrier facilities,improve effectiveness of using non-barrier facilities to reach the goal of better development.
