摘要
人力资源价值计量是人力资源管理与开发的基础,经典的人力资源价值计量方法更多的强调线性计量理论。目前的计量方法在衡量技术与创新为主的人力资源价值会产生较大的偏差。本文分析了人力资源价值中的实物期权特征,提出了基于实物期权理论的人力资源价值计量方法,力图更为准确地反映和计量人力资源价值。
Measurement of Human Resources Value(HRV) is the basis of human resource development and management,the present HRV measurement focuses on the linear methods,which leads to obvious error in practice.For HRV's uniqueness,the theories and methods concerned have been disputed for a long period of time.The article analyses the real option characters of the HRV and presents new measurement models in order to make the HRV's calculation more exactly and provides some new clues for future researchers.
