摘要
采用脉宽为1μs的微波信号对HeroTek DT1081型检波器进行标定实验,基于多项式回归方法对在9.4GHz频率下的标定实验测量数据进行了分析,给出了测量数据不确定度的无偏估计和区间估计,并计算了在一定置信度下检波器灵敏度的置信上、下界,从而给出了一种可考核的检波器工作性能指标。通过定义不确定度的估计精度,给出了一种确定大样本实验所需最小样本量的方法。
The calibration experiments for HeroTek DT1081detector are carried out with mi- crowave signals of 1μs pulse-width.At 9.4GHz,the uncertainty analysis of measured data of calibration experiments is achieved based on polynomial regression,and the moment esti- mate and interval estimate of the uncertainty of these data are given in the process of the a- nalysis.Also the upper and lower bound estimations of the sensitivity of the detector under a certain confidence level are obtained.
