摘要
普通高校英语专业课程主要包括基础性课程和专业性课程两大门类,其中基础英语是高校英语专业的最基础课程,内含丰厚的人文性因素。针对当代大学生人文精神缺失的现状,教师有意识地开掘基础英语中富含思想性、情感性、文化性的资源,把专业知识的传授与人文精神的养成有机地结合,是提高大学生人文素养的有效途径。
University English courses include the basic course and the professional course,in which the basic course is the most important one.It contains abundant humanistic factors.Nowadays,the phenomenon of lacking humanistic spirit in university students becomes obvious.It reminds the university teachers to find out the ideological,emotional and cultural resources during basic English study. And combining the humanistic spirit with the professional English study is an effective path to improve students' humanities.
