摘要
评价卵转铁蛋白(OVT)的免疫调节作用。采用小鼠建立免疫低下模型,以不同剂量(10、1、0.1 mg/mL)卵转铁蛋白灌胃实验动物,将实验动物分组进行免疫脏器质量、细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能指标的检测。结果表明,在灌胃剂量为0.1 mg/mL^10 mg/mL范围内,结果均为阳性,且以1 mg/mL最为显著。卵转铁蛋白具有增强免疫力的作用。
The immune regulatory function of ovotransferrin was evaluated according to relevant Chinese national standards for the evaluation of immune regulatory functional food. Mice were chosen to estabilish an immunodeficiency model. The immunodeficiency mice were orally administered ovotransferrin at the dosages of 0.1, 1 mg/mL and 10 mg/mL, respectively. The effect of ovotransferrin on immune organ weight, cellular immune fuction, humoral immune function were determined. Ovotransferrin exhibited positive reaction within the dosage range of 0.1 mg/mL-10 mg/mL, and the strongest immune effect of ovotransferrin was 1 mg/mL. Ovotransferrin exerts immune regulatory function in a dose-dependent manner.
