摘要
研究国内外职业教育课程体系改革现状,分析订单人才培养模式下高职教育课程体系存在的问题,以电气化铁道技术专业为研究个案,遵循职业基本能力、职业专项能力和职业综合能力的递进培养关系,打破原学科型"三段式"课程体系设置,构建"项目导向、能力递进、岗证衔接"专业课程体系,探索订单培养模式下的高职课程体系构建的一般规律。
The paper discusses the professional education reform situation of curriculum system at home and abroad.It analyzes the problems of curriculum system under the 'order-form training'mode in higher vocational colleges.Taking electrification railway technology major as an example,the paper builds major's curriculum system of project-oriented,gradual ability enhancement,post and certificate cohesion by following the progressive cultivating relationship of professional basic ability,special ability and comprehensive ability,breaking the original disciplinary type of three-stage curriculum system.It also explores the universal law of building curriculum system under the 'order-form training'mode in higher vocational colleges.
