摘要
中国典籍蕴含了深厚的文化底蕴,在典籍英译的过程中再现原作的语言特点和文化内涵,是传达原作风格的根本。本文通过对众多成功译例的分析,探讨了翻译中的文化顺应理论,论证了在文化顺应理论的指导下,灵活运用各种翻译策略,从而再现原作文化负载词的语言特点和风格。
On account of the rich cultural heritage,the translation of Chinese classics largely depends on how to convey the cultural factors in its linguistic style.This thesis probes into the cultural adaptability of translation through the analysis of well-established translations of culture-loaded words.Hence naturally comes to the conclusion that diversified methods should be utilized in translation to realize the cultural adaptability,and to convey the linguistic features and styles of the original work.
