摘要
知识管理贯穿于学生学习过程的始终,而课堂教学占据了学生学习过程的主导。本文以《企业管理》课堂教学为例,从强化知识管理意识、发现和获取知识、存储和整理知识、共享和创新知识、完善优化知识结构等方面探讨通过课堂教学对学生知识管理的能力进行开发及培养,并使其完善和优化自身的知识结构。
Knowledge management is applied to the entire students' learning process, and the classroom teaching is the leading of the students' learning process. The classroom teaching of enterprise management as an example, this paper discusses how to develop the capability of student knowledge management in classroom teaching from five aspects.
