摘要
目的探讨固定义齿修复在牙齿重度磨耗伴牙列缺损咬合重建中的应用价值。方法选取我院接收的22例牙齿重度磨耗伴牙列缺损患者作为本次的研究对象,所有患者均行固定义齿修复治疗,并对其治疗效果进行观察分析。结果:经重建治疗后22例患者咀嚼功能优良率为95.5%;16例伴有不同程度颞下颌关节疾病患者中,14例患者颞下颌关节功能恢复正常,2例患者有颞下颌关节轻微功能紊乱现象。结论:给予牙齿重度磨耗伴牙列缺损患者咬合重建固定义齿修复治疗可有效恢复患者咀嚼肌、口颌系统、颞下颌关节生理平衡关系,临床应用价值较高,应予广泛应用。
Objective To investigate the fixed partial denture in severe tooth wear with dentition defect in the application value of occlusal reconstruction. Methods 22 cases in our hospital received severe tooth wear with dentition defect patients as the research object in this time, all the patients were fixed partial denture treatment, and the therapeutic effects were analyzed .
