摘要
本文对建设“双师型”师资队伍涉及到的有关政策及措施进行了论述。文章强调建设“双师型”师资队伍不仅是高等工程专科学校,也是大部分部委和省、市地方所办的工科本科院校的需要,是师资队伍建设的重要课题。
This paper throws some light upon the relevant policy and measures about the set-up of a contingent of 'engineer-and-lectarer' teachers,and emphasizes that to build up a contingent of such teachers is a reguirement and an important task of most engineering institutes directed under national ministries, provincial and municipal governments as well.
