摘要
石膏注射液能降低小白鼠毛细血管的通透性,对角叉菜胶所致的大鼠足跖肿胀以及棉球肉芽肿有明显的抑制作用,并对小白鼠的二种疼痛模型(扭体法、热板法)均显示有抑制作用。实验结果表明,石膏注射液有显著的抗炎镇痛作用。
In this paper,Gypsum injection obviously decreased capillary permeability in mice. Gypsum injection markedly inhibited the awelling of hind paw caused by carrageenin and the growth of granuloma caused by cotton pllets in rat. It could alleviate two types (writhing and hot plate methods) of pain reaction in mice. Experimental results showed that Gypsum injection exerted a significant anti-inflammation and analgesic effects.
