摘要
本文采用聚乙烯与己烯-醋酸乙烯醋共聚物共混,用正交设计研究二者聚合物的比例及添加剂松香和石腊等因素对粘接性能的影响,获得一种对金属及塑料等粘接力强的热熔胶粘剂的最佳配方。
With the purpose of preparing a thermotropie adhesive adhering strongly to met- al and ple(?)ties, an optimum formual is worked out by blending polyethylene with ethylene vinylacetate copolymer in proper proportion. The proper portion of both polymers and the in- fluence of additives, rosen and paraffin, and other factors on adhesive tension are studied with the help of orthogonal design.
