双胸蚯蚓溶栓酶对沙鼠缺血额叶皮质超微结构及离子的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用结扎沙土鼠双颈总动脉20分钟后恢复血流制做脑缺血再灌注模型。应用透射电镜对额叶皮质超微结构进行观察,并采用电镜能谱技术对神经元随机检测Na~十Ca~卄等离子含量。结果表明,缺血的对照组神经元Na~十明显增高达16.43,而缺血后腹腔注入双胸蚯蚓溶栓酶的实验组显著下降为13.02,接近正常组的11.47;Ca~卄正常组为1.03,对照组增高达3.81,而实验组下降为2.44。同时实验组超微结构的损伤性改变明显轻于对照组。 The reperfusion post ischemia model was made by cramping bilateral carotid arteries for 20 minuts and then resuming the blood strem in gerbils. The ultrastructure of cortex of frontal lobe was observed under the trasmission electron microscope. The contents of calcium and natrium cations in the neurons were examined by random using energy spectromicroscope technique. The results showed that the content of natrium cations in neurons increased distinctly to 16. 43 in control group, while it decreased distinctly to 13. 02 in experimental group, in that bimastos thrombolytic enzyme (BTE) was injected into the abdominal cavities of the gerbils and that in normal group it was 11. 47. The content of calcium cations was 1. 03 in normal group and it increased to 3. 81 in control group and decreased to 2. 44 in experimetal group. In the meantime, the lesion changes of ultrastructure were slighter in experimental group than those in control group.
