红细胞为标志物的斑点免疫结合试验检测血吸虫循环抗原的初步研究

摘要 采用我室建立的将抗日本血吸虫特异性多克隆抗体标记在健康人“O”型血红细胞上,以国产混合纤维素膜为载体的斑点免疫结合试验(RBC-DIBA)检测日本血吸虫病人血清中循环抗原。初步结果表明该法诊断急、慢性血吸虫病的敏感性分别达到92.6%和83.1%;诊断日本血吸虫病的阳性预测值和阴性预测值为97.2%、75.8%。与斑点酶联免疫吸附试验(Dot-ELISA)的敏感性和特异性相似。 We established a dot immunobinding assay using human erythrocytes as marker- The human erythrocytes were labeled by anti-schistosoma japonicum polycIonal antibodies. The mixed nylon membranes acted as carrier. The test was used for detecting circulating schistosoma antigens. Preliminary study indicated its sensitivity as 92. 6% (50/54) and 83. 1 % (54/65) respectively in the diagnosis of acute and chronic schistosomiasis. Its positive predictive value and negative predictive value are 92.7 % and 75. 8% respectively. It showed good property for diagnusis of schlstosomiasis as Dot-ELISA. The described assay is rapid, simple and less expensive, and lends itself to use under field conditions.
