摘要
基于产、用、研相结合的观点,以理论与实践相结合的方法研制出了高精度、高质量焊管——汽车减震器缸体管。详细分析了试制工艺及产品性能并对生产工艺的优化改进进行了探讨。结果表明:①高精度汽车减震器缸体用焊管的生产可行;②焊管内毛刺的去除及焊缝质量的保证是两大技术关键;③冷轧是成品精度的直接决定因素;④正火是产品性能均匀化的根本保证。
The super precision and super quality welded pipe used as earthen pipe in automobile shock absorber was developed by combining manufacture, use and study. The technology and the properties were analyzed in detail, and the technical improvement was also studied. The results show that: ① the manufacture of super precision automobile earthen pipe (welded) is feasible; ② the cleaning of inner weld burrs and the quality guarantee of weld are the two key techniques; ③ cold rolling is the direct factor affecting end accuracy; ④ normalizing is the decisive process regarding homogeneity of product quality.
