鲤血浆抗脂质氧化活性

ANTIOXIDATIVE ACTIVITY OF CARP BLOOD PLASMA ON LIPID PEROXIDATION

摘要 通过测定氢过氧化物的方法,研究了鲤血浆(CarpBloodPlasma,CBP)在自由基引发剂2,2’-偶氮双(2-脒基丙烷)盐酸盐(AAPH)作用下,对脂质的抗氧化作用。实验结果表明:(1)由于CBP中含有维生素已维生素E、尿酸及鲤血浆蛋白(PlasmaProteinofCarp,PPC)等天然抗氧化成分,所以使CBP具有较强的抗氧化作用;(2)CBP中各抗氧化成分在AAPH作用下,单独存在与组合存在时的消耗情况不同,尤其有PPC存在后,消耗速度明显延长;(3)和人血浆相比,虽然CBP中巯基化合物(-SH)含量较低,但却有极强的抗氧化活性。 Antioxidative effect of carp blood plasma (CBP) was examined by measuring hydroperoxide of liposome peroxidation exposed to AAPH. The results showed that: (1) High antioxidative activity of CBP is due to the co-existance of Vitamin C, Urate, Vitamin E and Plasma Protein of Carp(PPC). (2)The decrease of urate, Vitamin C and Vitamin E alone and mixed showed different results. The duration of the loss of Vitamin C, Urate and Vitamin E was dramatically increased When PPC was added. (3) Compared with human plasma, CBP showed higher antioxidative activity though the concentration of -SH in CBP was lower than that in human plasma.
