摘要
CAM、FMS以及FML的出现使加工过程中的“在线动态测量”成为测试技术发展的新的研究领域。本文提出一种准直光纤传感器比值差动法测量表面粗糙度的方法,可以有效地消除或抑制测头工作距离、环境光和光源强度波动对测量结果的影响。
オhe technology of CAM, FMS and FML make the measurement of the workpiece being machined an important study area in recent years. Authors of this paper developed a measurement system in which collimating optical fibre transducer (COFT) is used, ratio and differential method are also used based on a signal from a control light. Results of this study indicated that this system could eliminate the errors due to the distance change between the probe and the measured surface, due to the scattered light and due to the intensity change of the illuminant. Fundament system in CAM is provided for the controllation the quality of the surface roughness.
