摘要
采用HPLC法测定了家兔血浆中氯胺酮、安定的浓度,线性范围分别为0.125～5.0μg/ml;0.025～1.0μg/ml。检测最低浓度分别为50ng/ml、2.5ng/ml;日内日间误差<6.5％。药动学研究表明:氯胺酮、安定分别为一室线性、二室线性开放模型。
Determination ketamine and diazepam in plasma by RP-HPLC have been developed. Encamine was chosen as an internal standard, detection limits in plasma were 50ng/ml and 2. 5ng/mlg/ml respectively. The RSD, intraday and interday<6. 5%. The suppository results in rabbits showed that ketamine and diazepam were eliminated following first - order kinetics, two compartments model respectively.
