摘要
针对目前不注重技术运用的后果,在窄小的范围内过分地夸大技术的作用,从而引起目前的生态环境的恶化并危及人类自身的生存与发展现象,强调应以系统现为指导,对技术的作用重新进行定位,并阐明如此理解的紧迫性和必要性.
Present day people pay no attention to the results of the application of technology and excessively exaggerate the effects of technology in some narrow scopes. This leads to the deterioration of ecological enviroment and do harm to the existing and developing of human beings. It is emphasized that people should undertand the effects of technology with the viewpoint of systems. The urgency and necessity to do so were illustrated.
