摘要
ERP不是一个纯技术系统,其灵魂是管理思想。主体是管理系统应用的企业,而技术是支撑。通过对ERP的定义及认识,着重分析ERP在中国电力企业的应用;提出ERP应用成功的标志、实施的风险及预防的方法;结合电力行业的特点和发展趋势,分析ERP在电力行业的应用前景。
ERP(enterprise resource planning)is not a pure technical system,the sprit of which is concept of man-agement.Its main body is the enterprise that the management system is applied to.Therefore the technology is its support.this paper,through understanding and definition on ERP,mainly analyses the application of ERP in Chinese power enterprise and its prospect,gives out the application success in dicators of ERP,the risk of imple-mentation and prevention method.
