摘要
本文着重讨论了柔性交流输电系统 ( FACTS)的概念及其形成和发展 ,介绍了我国 FACTS研究工作的发展情况 ,分析了在我国研究和应用 FACTS的必要性及其前景。
The concept of flexible AC transmission systems and its creation and development are discussed in this paper.FACTS research and development in our country are introduced,and the necessity and foreground of the research and using FACTS in our country are also analyzed.
