摘要
新的历史时期,加强大学生心理健康教育是摆在高等院校教育工作者面前的一项迫切需 要解决的任务。本文对当前我国大学生心理健康现状及产生心理障碍的原因作以概述,并提出解决大 学生心理问题、提高大学生心理索质的具体措施。
In the new historical era,many of undergraduates are confronted with psychological problems.So to strengthen the psychological education to undergraduates is a necessary and urgent task for the educators. This paper examines the current situation of undergraduates' psychological health, analyses the causes of the psychological problems, and suggests the measures to solve the psychological problems and enhance the psychological quality of the undergraduates.
