摘要
目前我国各种职业技术教育偏重学生实际动手能力,相对忽视学生人文素质的培养,缺乏良好人际沟通能力,导致高职学生社会适应能力差。笔者结合教育教学实践体会,阐述了培养高职学生的人际沟通能力的途径和方法,在高职教育过程中,只有职业专门技术能力与职业关键能力并举,才能有效提高学生的社会适应性,确保高职教育的人才质量。
Kinds of vocational -technical education in our country stresses on cultivating students’ practical and creative ability at present and neglects the student humanities quality relatively and lacks the good interpersonal communication ability.The ability of social adaptability means that people can adapt to the social environments,act as a social role and engage in social activities.The author elaborated training students on the interpersonal communication skills of the ways and means with experience of education.In the process of Vocational Education,only when vocational technical ability and vocational key capabilities existing simultaneously,it can effectively improve the student’s student’s social adaptation capacity to en-sure Vocational education quality talent.
