摘要
随着经济全球化的深入和3C时代的到来,有速度的创新和快速满足顾客需求的能力已成为企业核心竞争力的重要体现。海尔集团在以市场链为纽带的流程再造基础上实施了SBU再造机制,在速度和创新两方面取得了良好的效果。本文通过对海尔SBU再造机制的案例研究,系统分析SBU再造机制的做法,并基于案例事实的发现,探索其深层的理论意义。
With the economic globalization deepening and the advent of the era 3C(Customer,Competitor,and Change)era,the speedy innovation and the ability of meeting customers' demands rapidly become important expressions of the enterprises' core competitiveness.Based on the business process reengineering with a link to the market chain,Haier Group implements the SBU reengineering mechanism,and it has achieved good results in the two areas of speed and innovation.By studying the cases of Haier SBU reengineering mechanism,this paper analyses the practices of SBU reengineering mechanism systematically and explores its deeper theoretical significance based on the discovery of facts in the cases.
