康乃馨茎的腋芽诱导和再生植株的研究

摘要 本实验以康乃馨的茎段为外植体,在附加不同植物激素组合的培养基中对腋芽(茎段)进行诱导和植株再生的研究。结果表明:Ms+6-BA2.0mg/L培养基有利于促进芽萌发和生长,最有效的芽增值培养基为Ms+6-BA2.0mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L,增值系数为13.1;最有效的生根培养基为1/2 Ms+IBA0.5mg/L,生根率可达95%。 In our research,we studied the induction and plant regeneration of carnation stems on the mediums,which were added different kinds of phytohormones.It shows that it can promote the germination and growth of carnation buds by the medium of Ms+6-BA2.0mg/L;it is the medium of Ms+6-BA2.0mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L that has a maximal bud multiplication and the multiplication coefficient is 13.1;the best rooting medium is the medium of 1/2Ms+IBA0.5mg/L,by which the rooting rate can reach as high as 95%.
