摘要 目的探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在糖尿病肾病(DN)发生、发展中的作用。方法将60例2型糖尿病患者分为单纯组(单纯糖尿病)、非肾衰组(DN不伴慢性肾衰竭)、肾衰组(DN伴慢性肾衰竭)各20例,另选20例健康者作为对照组,采用ELISA法测定四组血清MMP-2水平。结果三个糖尿病组MMP-2水平均较对照组降低,非肾衰组较肾衰组升高。结论DN血清MMP-2水平下降与DN的发生及发展有关,MMP-2可能参与DN细胞外基质纤维化。 Objective To investigate the role of serum matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods Sixty patients with DN were divided into simple group(type 2 diabeties mellitus alone),non -renal failure group(DN without renal failure),renal failure group(DN with chronic renal failure) with 20 cases in each,and 20 health controls were selected as control group.Serum MMP-2 was detected by ELISA in the four groups. Results The MMP-2 level in the 3 diabetes mellitus groups were all significantly lower than that in the control group,the level in the non -renal failure group was significantly higher than that in the renal failure group. Conclusions Decrease of MMP-2 level in patients with diabetic nephropathy is related to the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy. MMP-2 may contribute to the fibrosis of extracellular matrix in patients with DN.
