摘要
高校独立学院的产生与发展,给教育公平带来了正负两方面的外部效应。应采取积极措施,最大限度地溢出高校独立学院的正外部效应,同时消除负外部效应。
In recent years,the emerging and developing of higher independent colleges has brought both negative and positive external effects to education fairness.Active measures should be taken to give full play to positive external effects and eliminate the negative effects at the same time.
