摘要
抗菌肽是一类具有抗菌活性的生物短肽,广泛存在于生物界中。作者综述了抗菌肽的几种类型及其作用机理,并重点介绍了水产动物抗菌肽的研究现状,探讨了抗菌肽作为饲料添加剂在水产养殖业的应用前景。
Antibacterial peptides as a kind of peptides with antibacterial activity are widely found in life world.In this paper,recent developments in research on types of antibacterial peptides,mechanism and the antimicrobial peptides of aquatic animals are reviewed,and the utilization of the antimicrobial peptides as a feed additive in aquaculture are discussed.
