摘要
从鸢乌贼卵(Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis)中提取制备DHA-磷脂,其中DHA含量为30%,并制备脂质体,采用腹腔注射东莨菪碱的方法建立痴呆小鼠模型,探讨DHA-PC脂质体对痴呆小鼠智力发育的影响。结果表明,与模型对照组比较,DHA-磷脂脂质体能够显著抑制大脑中单胺氧化酶(P<0.01)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(P<0.01)的活力,提高超氧化物歧化酶(P<0.05,P<0.01)的活力,增加大脑组织中不饱和脂肪酸DHA的含量(P<0.01);与DHA对照组比较,DHA-磷脂脂质体能够显著降低乙酰胆碱酯酶(P<0.05,P<0.01)的活力。提示DHA-磷脂脂质体能够促进痴呆模型小鼠的智力发育。
Docosahexaenoic acid-phosphatidylcholine(DHA-PC) from cuttlefish spawn was extracted to investigate the effects of DHA-PC on dementia induced by scopolamine in mice.The main research achievements are as follows: compared with the model control,each dose of DHA-PC liposomes could inhibit the activities of MAO and TChE remarkably(P<0.01),increase the activity of SOD in brain tissue(P<0.05,P<0.01),increase the contents of DHA in brain tissue(P<0.01).Compared with DHA control,DHA-PC liposomes could decrease the activity of TChE in brain tissue(P<0.05,P<0.01).It is suggested that DHA-PC liposomes can improve dementia in mice.
