摘要
公路施工项目成本管理是施工企业在施工过程中运用一定的技术和管理手段,对生产经营所消耗的人力、物力和费用进行组织、实施、控制、跟踪、分析和考核,以保证成本目标实现的一个系统过程。本文针对目前公路施工的现状,阐述了强化公路施工项目成本管理的对策。
Cost management of road engineering construction is a system process that using certain technology and management measures to organize manpower,materials and cost,as well as implement,control,follow,analysis and test them in order to ensure the cost goals.Based on present situations of road construction,countermeasures for emphasizing cost management of road construction are introduced.
