25例关节镜术后膝关节腔内注射芬太尼镇痛效果分析

摘要 目的探讨膝关节骨性关节炎膝关节镜术后关节腔内注射芬太尼复合地塞米松的镇痛效果。方法回顾分析50例行单侧膝关节镜手术患者,随机分为2组(n=25),阵痛组于术后术侧膝关节腔内注入芬太尼复合地塞米松。以视觉模拟量表(VAS)对所有患者术后在主动运动状态(弯曲膝关节)的疼痛程度进行评估。结果镇痛组与非镇痛组相比,VAS评分明显降低(P<0.05),且所有病例均无药物不良反应。结论膝关节骨性关节炎膝关节镜术后关节腔内注射芬太尼复合地塞米松,是一种安全有效的外周镇痛方法,其实现基础与外周阿片受体激活有关。糖皮质激素的配合应用对有效抗炎、稳定细胞膜功能、减少关节积液、辅助减少疼痛有一定的积极作用。
