摘要
以近海海洋沉积物及生物体标准物质为样品,采用王水、逆王水及混合酸体系结合湿式消解、高压微波消解、常压微波消解等三种方法消解样品,以石墨炉原子吸收法测定样品中的Pb.样品经三种方法消解后,Pb元素的回收率分别为98%~105%、92%~106%和11%~42.4%。湿式消解法被用于大亚湾沉积物和牡蛎样品的处理,有较好的测定结果。
The use of aqua regia,adverse aqua regia and mixed acids systems combined with three methods of digestion such as wet digestion,high pressure microwave digestion and normal pressure microwave digestion,were studied to determine the element of Pb in coastal marine sediments and organisms with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GF-AAS).The standard substances of marine sediment and oyster were treated as samples to digest,which were detected by GF-AAS.The result indicated the recovery range of Pb in samples digested with three different method was 98%~105%,92%~106% and 11%~42.4%,respectively.Wet digestion method combined with Aqua regia system was used to treat samples of oyster and sediment from the artificial Fisheryreef area in Dayawan,which showed a satisfactory result.
